Customer Support Specialist (Warsaw) 


In this role you will be part of the Customer Success Support Team, responsible for: 

  • Engage through our ticketing platform directly with customers to ensure excellent levels of service
  • Work with Customer Success Team, Operations, and IT team to ensure customer success 
  • Become a product expert on the eStoreCheck eCommerce analytics platform
  • Help customers organize their data in eStoreCheck
  • Assess data for completeness, integrity, and accuracy
  • Provide clear and prompt communication with customers through the ticketing platform
  • Manage workload and overlapping priorities to meet scheduled deadlines and commitments
  • Diagnose and resolve data-related challenges our customers may encounter
  • Proactively identify gaps in internal and external processes in the lookout for improvements


We openly expect you to grow in this role, and to consider development and promotion to the Manager role within 1-2 years.


To be successful in this role you need to be: 

  • 1+ years of technical support or client service experience
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving & prioritization skills
  • Detail and data-savvy, with a process-oriented mindset with a focus on detail
  • Fast learner with the “everything is possible” attitude
  • Excellent command of written English (C1+), good command of written and spoken Polish (B2+)
  • At ease with large data files and spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets)


To be successful in this role it would be nice if you have:

  • Prior experience in technology/software company
  • Experience in working with ticketing systems
  • Good command of G-Suite
  • Interest in eCommerce
