Over 130 of you joined Filip Żok and Joanna Niewczas for a live walkthrough of the latest AI-powered capabilities in the eStore platform. If you missed the session or want a quick refresher, the highlights video above covers the key moments. Below is a summary of what was presented and how each feature can support your day-to-day work.
AI Business Answers
The eStore platform now includes a library of pre-built business questions that generate structured, on-demand reports. Select a question, choose the brands, retailers, and time period you want to analyse, and the platform pulls together the relevant data into a report with a clear summary, key insights, recommended actions, and supporting charts and tables.
Reports can be downloaded for offline use, and there is an integrated AI chat that allows you to ask follow-up questions about the data. For example, you could ask which keyword represents the biggest opportunity for your brand, and receive a specific recommendation with supporting reasoning.
The business questions are grouped by topic, covering general performance, product visibility, price and promotions, and retail media. You can also suggest additional questions directly within the platform if there are business queries you would like to see added.

AI Insights Copilot
The Copilot is now available in the Landscape section, with plans to roll it out across other sections including Perfect Store. It works in two ways.
First, it generates automatic summaries at the dashboard level, giving you a quick recap of the key highlights from the data displayed. Second, you can click the AI icon next to any chart to receive an expanded explanation of what the chart shows and what the key takeaways are.
There is also an embedded chat where you can ask specific questions about the data you are viewing. The Copilot supports multiple languages, so you can interact with it in your preferred local language.
Content Benchmarking
Content is one of the areas where brands have the most direct influence on the digital shelf. The new Content Benchmarking feature lets you see how your content performance compares against the rest of your category and against specific competitors.
At the category level, you can see how metrics like number of images, video presence, and SEO optimisation of titles and descriptions compare against the category median and the top 20% of products. At the competitor level, you get direct comparisons with ranges from minimum to maximum across your key competitors.
You can also drill down to product level to see exactly what competitors are doing, including clicking through to the retailer page to review their image galleries and visual assets. The benchmarking covers the top 1,000 products per retailer by visibility, and measures performance across images, videos, and search engine optimisation.
This data can also help you revisit and refine your own content targets, ensuring they remain competitive as the category evolves.

AI Keywords Recommendations
This is a new feature, available under Expert Apps in the eStore platform menu. It helps you identify the most impactful keywords in your category based on analysis of real product content from the highest-visibility products on your tracked retailers.
The key difference from a generic AI keyword tool is that the recommendations are grounded in actual retailer data. The platform analyses the content of top-performing products to identify which keywords are used and how frequently, then presents recommendations sorted by relevance.
Each keyword is classified as "head" (high traffic) or "tail" (more specific, with potential for stronger conversion rates). You can also see whether each keyword is already tracked in your current eStore platform setup, making it easy to identify gaps in your tracking.
You can generate recommendations across all retailers or filter to a specific one, and each category can return up to 50 keywords. If you operate across multiple categories, you can generate separate lists for each.

Getting Started
All four features are available now. If you do not have access to any of them, please contact your Customer Success Manager or use the Contact Us form in the platform to raise a support ticket.
Questions You Asked (FAQ Section)
During the live session, attendees raised several questions.
Here are the answers.
How does the content optimisation scoring work in Content Benchmark?
The platform checks whether the generic keywords you are tracking in the Search section of Perfect Store are present in your product titles and descriptions. It then measures how many of those keywords are included. As a general rule, the more tracked keywords that appear in your title and description, the better optimised your content is. There are practical limits, of course, particularly for product titles where character length is restricted, so not every keyword will fit. But the scoring gives you a clear benchmark of how well your content is optimised compared to competitors in the same category.
Can I generate keyword recommendations for a specific retailer?
Yes. When generating AI Keywords Recommendations, you can choose to include all retailers for the broadest possible data set, or filter to a single retailer. Filtering to a specific retailer can be useful when there are significant differences in product portfolios between retailers, for example between a specialist retailer and a general marketplace. As a default, using all retailers will give you the most comprehensive recommendations.
Can I see more than 50 keywords per request?
The current limit is 50 keywords per category. However, if you operate across multiple categories, you can generate a separate list for each one. So if you have ten categories, that gives you up to 500 keyword recommendations in total. The limit is designed to keep results manageable, but if you have a specific need for more, let your Customer Success Manager know.
