HR Business/ People Partner

Location: Warsaw (Metro Kabaty) – hybrid work (2 days office / 3 days home)


What is this role about?  


You will be a crucial member of the People & Culture / HR team and you will be responsible for supporting the organization and managers in building and developing engaged and effective teams and individuals.  The is a team of 5 individuals, including 2 HR Business / People Partners, HR Coordinator & Office Manager, managed by me:)


In this role you will: 


  • act as an HR Business Partner for managers, supporting them in their business goals achievement with a team.  Being a sparring partner - advising, coaching, supporting, and challenging in all aspects of people management and the ways of working in the area of his teams and individuals. 
  • act as a People Partner for employees, supporting them in their career growth and development,  work improvement, engagement, and work satisfaction.
  • take a leading role in development area by proposing and executing cross-organizational development internal development programs and working as an internal trainer in defined areas,
  • participate in people and culture area improvements by analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, training and development, employee relations, employee engagement, enps, performance management, hr analytics, compensation, offboarding,  etc., 
  • cooperate with other HR team members to ensure the best possible service level for the organization 


This role may be for you if you have: 


  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with a full responsibility for people recruitment and development   
  • fluency in English (speaking and writing – C1), 
  • proactivity, ability to work independently on agreed projects and objectives, 
  • good communication skills, mentoring/coaching attitude, "growth mindset" approach, 
  • the ability and willingness to work with an "agile" attitude and adapt to the market and company situation,  
  • working knowledge of labour law regulations and legal issues related to employment, 
  • good analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs’ and data-analytics attitude at your work 
  • as a plus: experience in star-up, technological company and/or marketing /commercial areas,

Our recruitment process:


Step 1 We will review all applications and contact our shortlist of candidates.

Step 2 Our shortlisted candidates will be invited to take (remotely) a logical test that assesses analytical thinking capabilities and English skills

Step 3 Following this test, we will invite selected candidates to interview with their direct supervisor and HR (by video call)

Step 4 Success at this stage will lead to a recruitment interview with the CEO 

Step 5 Feedback will be provided and offers will be made to the successful candidate
