Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Sales Operations Manager to further accelerate our growth. As the Sales Ops Manager you will be responsible for our CRM, connecting Marketing with Sales, connecting SDR’s with BDM’s. The role will enable frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Working with sales leadership on goal setting and measurement, sales forecasting and budget planning,
  • Supervising KPIs, metrics and performance of sales teams and providing insights to improve productivity in all possible areas,
  • Analyzing sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks, recommending solutions to address them
  • Accountability for all CRMs including Hubspot - setup, content, integrations etc.
  • Integration of apps and tools (ex. Hubspot with SalesLoft)
  • Optimizing sales onboarding and training


Key expectations:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations and/or deal desk management, SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience working with Hubspot, admin experience required
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Mastery level in problem solving skills
  • Passion for sales methodologies, lead generation, sales funnel optimization


Below would be an additional advantage:

  • Experience working with a sales methodology such as Value Selling, Spin, Challenger
  • Track record of working with Enterprise Sales organizations
  • Experience in selling insights & data related solutions
  • Management of territories and compensations plans
